Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Thank us later, we predict this will be a go-to! 


  • ½ pound of brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 tsp cooking oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp of Lava


  1. Heat a pan over a medium high heat, and when its heated add the oil, sprouts, salt and cooking oil. Cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, allowing to deeply brown, and remove when just cooked through.
  2. Place on a dish and spoon over the Lava to serve.
