Spicy, numbing, buttery shrimp, that’s ready in under 5 minutes? What more could anyone want?
Note: Mala Chili Seasoning Salt is only available to Zing Test Kitchen participants. You could use any of our other Seasoning Salts instead!
- ½lb of peeled raw shrimp
- 1 tbsp Mala Seasoning Salt
- 1 tsp butter
- Heat a pan over a high heat. When it’s hot, add the butter and the shrimp. Cook for one minute. Stir in the Mala.
