Expedited Shipping is free for orders over $35 (before taxes and after all discounts are applied) across Canada.

Standard shipping rates apply for orders under $35 and to the US based on weight and your destination. Additional customs + duty fees may apply.

All orders are shipped from our third party fulfillment partner within 2 business days using Canada Post (Canada) or UPS (USA).

Once picked up by the carrier, standard shipping transit time is 3-7 business days depending on your location. Shipping times are only estimates.

Once your order ships, it leaves our facility and is in the capable hands of our shipping carriers. As such, we do not know much more than you do at this stage — please follow the tracking link closely and contact your carrier first about your order status before reaching out to us. With the exception of Mogambo, all our products are shelf stable at ambient temperature and have a shelf life of at least one year if stored and handled properly (i.e. cool dry place, no cross contamination, only clean dry spoons going in the jars!).

The condiments do not need to be refrigerated, however doing so can help to extend their freshness since we do not use preservatives.

All of the above applies to Mogambo, except that we recommend that you always refrigerate it after opening and consume it within 3 weeks. Mogambo has a shelf life of 6 months unopened if stored properly.

You bet! With the exception of the local, Canadian honey (from Niagara, Ontario!) in our Buzz Hot Honey, our products are vegan-friendly!

We do not add MSG to any of our products. We use ingredients like mushrooms and seaweed that contain higher levels of naturally-occurring free glutamate to add that savoury, umami goodness to Zing.

We are used to getting this question, since MSG use is typically associated with Asian flavours (although interestingly, you will find it everywhere, including some of your fave potato chip brands!) For the record — the Zing team has no issues with MSG, and we use it in our own home kitchens all the time. This narrative is not very straightforward and MSG often gets a bad rap, which in turn can perpetuate some harmful stereotypes. We won't get into it on an FAQ, but what we will say is that there is a lot of miscommunication and misinformation out there on this topic and encourage you to do some research to learn more about it!
