FREE SHIPPING OVER $45 ACROSS CANADA
We ship across Canada and the contiguous USA.
We offer low, flat fee shipping rates (approx. $78 - $20) in your local currency based on your delivery location for all order sub-totals under $45 in Canada and $100 in the USA.
While we do not anticipate any issues at this time, any tariffs or duties on cross border shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Most orders ship within 2 business days — your order may take longer to ship during peak seasons. If it has been 7+ business days since you ordered and you did not receive a shipping notification, send us a note and include your order number.
We use a mix of local, regional, national and international courier and shipping partners to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible, based on the shipping option you select at check out.
All orders contain tracking links for you to follow it on it's journey to you — once your order has left our facility, it is in the capable hands of our carriers, please contact them directly for updates.
If your order shows delivered and it's not where it should be — check common areas, lockers, your lobby, with your neighbour, or your concierge. In rare instances, carriers mark orders as delivered early to hit quotas, and they usually arrive a day or so later. If it's been 48 hours and it's still MIA, reach out to us via the form below with your order number, and we will help sort it out!
If your order has not been delivered and it's been 7+ days since the tracking status on your order has not changed, please reach out to the courier directly as the first step, and contact us with your order number if you're not getting anywhere with them!
Uh oh! That's not good — we're so sorry! We take a lot of care to pack your orders so it's really disappointing when this happens.

Orders are not damaged often at all, but they can get bumped around more than usual with carriers during peak seasons — we are shipping glass after all! Please contact us via the form below with your order number and a photo of what you received.
We do not offer returns or exchanges due to the nature of our product.

FOOD SAFETY: We manufacture in an FSSC 22000 audited facility (this is a globally recognized food safety program) and follow strict food safety protocols at all times.
INGREDIENTS: Ingredients are always listed on product labels and on product pages. We only use real, natural or plant-based ingredients (and honey in Buzz) in our recipes. "Spices" in our ingredient list mean exactly that, it's a blend of spices. There's no funny business here. We don't list spices individually as it's our secret recipe (a la a certain Colonel🍗).
ALLERGENS: We list all common allergens as defined and required by Health Canada on our product labels and on each product page. If an allergen is not listed, it's not in there.
Our products are naturally gluten, dairy and nut free and we do not have any of these ingredients in our facility.
Despite all precautions and measures, there is always a very small risk of cross contamination out of our control, please use your discretion for severe allergies.

P.S. we don't have a problem with MSG (in fact, we love it) but in case you are wondering, there is no MSG in our products.

Contact us IMMEDIATELY with your order number and the complete address including postal code where you would like your order to go — no promises, but we will do our best to help and catch this before a shipping label is printed for your order.
If we don't catch it in time, we're happy to re-ship your order. A small fee and the cost of shipping to the correct address may apply.

Every single jar of Zing has either a best before sticker on the bottom of the jar or inkjet printed best before date on the jar lid. The format of the dates is YY-MM-DD as per CFIA guidelines so BB26MAY25 means it's best before May 25, 2026!
Once opened, you can find storage information directly on the right side panel of the jar or on the product page but here's a cheat code:
Store ALL our products in a cool, dry place in your pantry with the exception of: Sacha-ish Chili Miso and Mogambo Roasted Garlic Condiment, which belong in the fridge once opened.
P.S. Always use a clean dry spoon :)
Our orders will only contain packing slips, no invoices in the box.
We can include a short hand written note on your order — just leave a message up to 25 words in the box at checkout with any specific instructions on the message to include and any names you'd like to include. We will not include extra long messages — you have been warned! 😉
