Hot Dog with Curry Mustard

Tired of wondering what to have for dinner tonight? This 15 minute recipe requires very few ingredients, and is sure to hit the spot. If you take one thing away from this recipe: Kari makes an incredible sandwich/hotdog/burger spread. Use liberally! 

Serves 2

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes


  • 2 sausages
  • ½ tsp cooking oil
  • 2 buns
  • ½ a red onion
  • ½ a green bell pepper
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 tbsp Zing x Kozlik's Project Kari


  1. Heat a pan over a medium heat. Add the oil, and then the sausages. Cook for approx 10 minutes, turning half way through. 
  2. Slice the onions and peppers, and put in the pan after around 5 minutes, and add the salt. Cook until golden brown and barely cooked through. 
  3. Cut the buns, and spread the Project Kari liberally. Add the sausage and veggies, and devour. 

Chef’s notes: We used Italian sausage, but use whatever you have, or whatever your local butcher recommends.
