Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy

We ship across Canada and continental USA.

Flat-rate shipping is applied at checkout based on your location and order size. Typical rates range from $8–$20 in your local currency. Orders over $45 in Canada and $100 to the USA qualify for free shipping. The free shipping threshold is before taxes and after all discounts are applied. 

We aim to ship orders within 3 business days, but delays may occur during high-volume periods. If it’s been more than 7 business days and you haven’t received a shipping notification, please reach out with your order number.

All orders include tracking. Once your order has left our facility, it is in the hands of the courier. For delivery updates, we recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking number.

We currently do not ship outside of Canada or the U.S. Any duties, customs fees, or cross-border charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping times are only estimates.

Due to the nature of our products (perishable goods), we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final once your order is placed.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re happy to make it right. Please email us at hello@cookwithzing.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the incorrect or damaged item(s)

We’ll review your request and do our best to find a solution, whether that’s a replacement, refund or another form of credit. Once your request is received, you will be notified as such and your request will be reviewed. We will notify you of next steps thereafter within 5 business days. In the event that a refund is issued, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.  

If 10 business days have passed and your approved refund was not processed, please check once more with your credit card or banking provider before following up with us in case there are any processing delays.
