Big Mac (Mo) Fries

Having friends and family over for the Super Bowl? Move over, loaded potato skins, and buffalo wings! Our riff on the beloved fast food classic is sure to impress, and this burger sauce is so good you won't want anything else. 

Serves 4-6
Prep time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 30 minutes


  • 500g fries (use your favorite)
  • 227g ground beef
  • ½ tsp cooking oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp mayo
  • 4 tbsp Mogambo Roasted Garlic Condiment
  • Handful of pickles
  • Handful of shredded lettuce
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • ¼ an onion (finely chopped)


  1. Cook your fries according to package instructions. 
  2. Heat a pan over a high heat, add the oil, and then the beef, and season with the salt. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until cooked through, and browned. 
  3. To make the sauce, mix the Mogambo, and the mayo. 
  4. To serve, spread the beef over the fries. Lay the singles on top, and place back into the oven for 30 seconds to allow the cheese to melt. 
  5. Sprinkle the lettuce, pickles and onions on top, and then spoon the sauce over top. We used a squeezy bottle to be fancy, but that’s optional. Enjoy and then have a nap.
