Mogambo Garlic Spread is guaranteed to be your hardest working pantry shortcut, and is loved by restaurant chefs and home cooks alike. Skip the peeling, cutting, grating, and mincing and just swap in Mogambo anywhere you would consider using garlic.
As far as flavour goes: you can expect a smooth (and not overpowering) garlicky sweetness, a bright, lemony tang, and earthiness from turmeric and some of the other spices in there!
Try it with: Straight-up as a spread on toast or pita, like a dip for pizza or as achaar with your dal (or frankly, in the dal itself!). Our community loves to swirl Mogambo into scrambled eggs or to jazz up hummus. The Zing team loves using Mo (as we affectionately call it) as a marinade or curry starter. It's a game changer!

Oh my god
Seriously obsessed with this sauce! It reminds me of joppiesaus from the Netherlands! Been looking for this forever without even realizing it! :)
Awesome first impression!
The “Mogambo Spiced Garlic Spread” is as versatile, & tasty as it is fragrant. I’ve used it to jazz up stir-fry’s, build sauces, and add complexity to soups. As a professional Chef of almost 10 years, it’s a refreshing addition to my staple condiments. The fact there are no artificial ingredients or preservatives is great too. I’ve found it to be what I reach for more and more often when I’m in a hurry, or tired. Out of convenience and curiosity because it just tastes THAT good. The label says to refrigerate and consume within a few weeks of opening. I’ve had it for about 2 weeks now & haven’t noticed any change or degradation in flavour. Overall, I’d buy this product again. I’m definitely going to try some of their other products too.
love mogambo, the spices are subtle, the garlic is not, and the little bit of tangy bring everything together
Used it on pork chops in air fryer. Very good. Will use it again on other meat and veges
My favourite discovery of 2020
If you are a fan of garlic, this is a must-buy! It has a wonderful mellow garlic flavour that goes well with so many things, I just wish it came in a bigger jar!
