This Tiktok viral sensation is deceptively easy to prepare, and makes the perfect 15 minute breakfast or lunch, while Boom Seasoning Salt adds some spicy, smokey excitement!
- 1 egg
- ½ an avocado
- 1 slice of bread (we used sourdough)
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 1 tbsp Boom Seasoning Salt
- Bring a pot of water to a boil, and add the egg. Boil for 10 minutes, drain and allow to soak in cold water for at least 10 minutes, this makes peeling a lot easier.
- Toast your bread, mix the mayo and half the Boom together and spread onto the toast.
- Slice the avocado, and place over the mayo. Using a fine grater, grate the hard boiled egg over the avocado. Sprinkle over the remaining Boom.
