Chili Avocado Egg Toast

This Tiktok viral sensation is deceptively easy to prepare, and makes the perfect 15 minute breakfast or lunch, while Boom Seasoning Salt adds some spicy, smokey excitement!

Serves 1

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes


  • 1 egg
  • ½ an avocado
  • 1 slice of bread (we used sourdough)
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tbsp Boom Seasoning Salt


  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, and add the egg. Boil for 10 minutes, drain and allow to soak in cold water for at least 10 minutes, this makes peeling a lot easier. 
  2. Toast your bread, mix the mayo and half the Boom together and spread onto the toast.
  3. Slice the avocado, and place over the mayo. Using a fine grater, grate the hard boiled egg over the avocado. Sprinkle over the remaining Boom.
