We confess that calling Mogambo a 'condiment' is really selling it short. This is the dark horse/cult fave/chef's choice of our line up and one of our hardest working pantry shortcuts — go ahead and sub it for garlic in most recipes! The garlic is sloooooow roasted to take the edge off to reveal a savoury, bright, spice-forward (but not spicy), garlicky, all-purpose pantry hero!

Refrigerate after opening. Always use a clean dry spoon. Refer to your jar for best before dates (format: YY-MM-DD)
