This seasoning has so much flavour it had to move on up from Flavour Town to Flavour City. It is unreal. I sprinkle it on my sourdough discard crackers - I will never buy crackers again. Everything pales in comparison. Bravo, Zing!
Oomomi sourdough crackers
I have discovered that making crackers from sourdough discard sprinkled with Oomami, a little more sesame and salt is fabulous and I am addicted to the taste!
Had this seasoning salt w/ some sliced wagyu steak and it was perfect. Really boosted the flavour of the meat.
