Chili Crisp Roast Bok Choy

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4-6 pieces bok choy
- 1 tsp cooking oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp Hakka-ish Chili Crisp
Method:
- Cut the bok choy into quarters, and toss with the oil and salt.
- Place on a lined tray, and put in an oven preheated to 420f.
- Cook for approx 10 minutes, until just cooked through, and slightly charred.
- Remove from the oven, and serve topped with the Hakka-ish.
