Roasted Potato Wedges with Garlic Mayo and Spicy Crèma
Crispy, spicy potato wedges with delicious, cool dips, this side makes an amazing snack, or compliments any main meal perfectly.

Cooking time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4-6 Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Mala Chili Seasoning Salt
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- Lemon or lime wedges
- 2 tbsp Mogambo Spiced Garlic Spread
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
Method:
- Cut the potatoes into wedges.
- Bring to a boil in a pot of seasoned water until slightly undercooked, 5-10 minutes.
- Lay out potatoes on a lined tray with parchment paper and drizzle with cooking oil.
- Roast in oven at 400 degrees or in air fryer until crispy, approx 15-20 minutes if using an oven.
- Toss in bowl with salt, generous amount of Mala, and finish with a squeeze of lemon or lime juice.
- Mix the mayo and Mogambo. In another bowl, mix the sour cream, the remaining Mala, and a squeeze of lemon or lime juice.
- To serve, place the wedges on a plate with bowls of the dips and citrus wedges on the side.
Make it vegan?: Just use vegan versions of mayonnaise and sour cream.
