Sweet, salty, spicy ribs that are fall-off-the-bone tender. This fool proof recipe is going to really impress everyone at your next barbeque. So much so, you'll be stuck making it for years to come at every summer gathering. Don't say we didn't warn you!
Like a lot of good BBQ, it needs time. Not a lot of effort at all - but definitely plan ahead if you're planning to make this.
- 1 rack of pork ribs
- 1 pack of Zesti Seasoning Salt
- Sprinkle the Zesti over the pork, and rub it in to make sure it sticks. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil, and let sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours to overnight, to let the flavour really penetrate the meat.
- Preheat the oven to 250f, and add the ribs. Cook for 4 hours. Remove from the oven, and allow to cool completely in the foil.
- When ready to grill, cut the rack in half so it’s easier to handle, and place on the grill over a medium-ish heat. Allow to slightly char, and warm through, 3-4 mins each side.
Notes: These are perfect to make the day before your BBQ, and will free up some time so you can actually enjoy your BBQ, and not have to work over the grill the whole day!
