Pan-Fried Bok Choy

Pan-fried bok choy

Bok Choy is such an underrated veggie, and we are obsessed with it! Make this version that is slightly sweet, savoury, tangy, and a little spicy!

Method:

  1. Cut the bok choy in half down the centre and wash. Don’t skip this step, there can be dirt hidden in there, you don’t wanna eat that lol. 
  2. Heat a pan over a high heat, then add the oil, and add the bok choy cut side down. Leave pan on high, the residual water from rinsing will steam it and it will cook. 
  3. About 2-3 mins later when it’s nice and coloured turn the bok choy over, and add the soy sauce. Toss it to coat, and then place on a plate. Sprinkle the Zesti over. Huzzah!
