Pan-Fried Bok Choy
Bok Choy is such an underrated veggie, and we are obsessed with it! Make this version that is slightly sweet, savoury, tangy, and a little spicy!

Prep time: 5 minutes
Prep time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 6 pieces/1 pack bok choy
- 1.5 tbsp Zesti Seasoning Salt
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp cooking oil
Method:
- Cut the bok choy in half down the centre and wash. Don’t skip this step, there can be dirt hidden in there, you don’t wanna eat that lol.
- Heat a pan over a high heat, then add the oil, and add the bok choy cut side down. Leave pan on high, the residual water from rinsing will steam it and it will cook.
- About 2-3 mins later when it’s nice and coloured turn the bok choy over, and add the soy sauce. Toss it to coat, and then place on a plate. Sprinkle the Zesti over. Huzzah!
