Boom is an ode to Gun Powder, a toasted lentil and chili spice blend ("podi") popular in South India. This is our IYKYK seasoning, and a third culture love child of Indian and Mexican cuisine — we've complemented the nutty, savoury flavours of podi with a medley of mild and smoky Mexican chili peppers to make it truly hard to put down. This is our compact, pouch format — great for tight spaces in your pantry or as a refill.
