5 Minute Chili Peanut Noodles

This is the quickest, easiest, most delicious chili crunch peanut sauce noodles recipe you’re ever going to make, and they’re good to go in 5 minutes, what more could you want?
Serves 1
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of instant noodles
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Hakka-ish Garlic Chili Crunch
- Protein and veggies of your choice
Method:
- Add the noodles to boiling water, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain, reserving a little of the cooking liquid.
- Add peanut butter and Hakka-ish to the pot, add the cooking liquid, and the noodles, and stir to combine.
- Place in a bowl, and top with whatever protein and veggies you like. We added cucumber, shredded cabbage and a boiled egg, and finished with chopped peanuts, and a little extra Hakka-ish.
