BBQ Veggie Stir Fry

Crisp seasonal veggies flash-seared and tossed in Project Yaki sauce for a sweet, umami-rich stir fry that’s bold, bright, and plant-powered.

Serves 2-4
Prep time: 15 mins
Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small carrot, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 asparagus spears, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas, sliced
  • 6 tbsp Project Yaki
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Salt to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Method: 

  1. Heat a large pan or wok over a high heat, and add the oil.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and stir fry for 30 seconds, and then add the broccoli, and a strong pinch of salt, and stir fry for 2 minutes. 
  3. Add the peppers, asparagus and snow peas, and stir fry for a further minute. 
  4. Stir in the Project Yaki, and stir to combine. Add a couple tbsp of water if you want more sauce. 
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds to finish. Serve with any starch, or with salad. We served it with steamed rice.
