
BBQ Veggie Stir Fry
Crisp seasonal veggies flash-seared and tossed in Project Yaki sauce for a sweet, umami-rich stir fry that’s bold, bright, and plant-powered.
Serves 2-4

Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small carrot, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 asparagus spears, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas, sliced
- 6 tbsp Project Yaki
- 2 tablespoons water
- Salt to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Method:
- Heat a large pan or wok over a high heat, and add the oil.
- Add the onion and garlic and stir fry for 30 seconds, and then add the broccoli, and a strong pinch of salt, and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the peppers, asparagus and snow peas, and stir fry for a further minute.
- Stir in the Project Yaki, and stir to combine. Add a couple tbsp of water if you want more sauce.
- Garnish with sesame seeds to finish. Serve with any starch, or with salad. We served it with steamed rice.
