Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 2 hoagie rolls
- 4 slices provolone/swiss cheese (or any cheese you like)
- 4-6 tbsp Project Yaki
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 a bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 an onion, sliced
- Salt, to taste
Method:
- Heat a heavy based pan over a high heat, and add the oil.
- Add the steak, and season with a strong pinch of salt.
- Allow to brown before stirring, let it get good and golden brown, it should take 2-3 minutes.
- In a separate pan, sauté the peppers and onions for 2-3 minutes until barely softened.
- Add the Project Yaki sauce and stir, and add the peppers and onions. Place the cheese on top, and cook for a further 30 seconds until the steak is just cooked, and the cheese is melted, and add to the hoagie roll (or a baguette).
