Earl Grey Cookie Drizzle Christmas Crack

Ingredients:
- 100g (approx) salted crackers
- 50g (approx) chocolate chunks or chips
- 4 tbsp Earl Grey Cookie Drizzle
- 1 tbsp crushed nuts (we used pecans, but use any nuts or seeds you like)
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 400f
- Line a sheet with parchment paper. Lay the crackers on the sheet in 1 layer, so that they're almost touching.
- Spoon the Earl Grey Cookie Drizzle over the crackers, it doesn't need to be perfectly even, but be generous!
- Sprinkle the chocolate over the top, and flash in the oven for around 1-2 mins, until the chips start to melt.
- Using a spatula, spread the melted chocolate all over, to make a roughly even layer, and then sprinkle the nuts on top.
- Allow to cool, and then cut into squares.
