Spicy Whipped Butter Sundae

Ingredients:
- 227g unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp Mala Savoury Chili Salt
- 4 tbsp Hakka-ish Garlic Chili Crunch
- Bread or crostini's, for serving.
Method:
- Add the room temperature butter to a bowl. Using a firm spatula (or mixer if you have one), briskly mix the butter until it starts to whip slightly. Add the Mala and stir through to combine.
- In a dish, place a couple tbsp of the butter, and top with a spoon of the Hakka-ish Garlic Chili Crunch. Repeat in layers, using a smaller amount of butter each time so it stacks like a sundae.
- To serve, spread onto bread or crostini's.
