Earl Grey Cookie Butter Glaze
Recipe by Bruce and Stephanie at Roselle Desserts
Serves 2-4
Ingredients:
- 300g icing sugar
- 75g milk (or milk alternative)
- 2 tbsp Roselle Cookie Crunch
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients with a whisk until smooth.
- Drizzle glaze over your favourite donut, cupcake or mug cake, allowing 5 minutes at room temperature for the glaze to set.
