Earl Grey Cookie Butter Glaze

Earl Grey Cookie Butter Glaze

Recipe by Bruce and Stephanie at Roselle Desserts

Serves 2-4

Ingredients:

  • 300g icing sugar
  • 75g milk (or milk alternative)
  • 2 tbsp  Roselle Cookie Crunch

Method:

  1. Combine all the ingredients with a whisk until smooth. 
  2. Drizzle glaze over your favourite donut, cupcake or mug cake, allowing 5 minutes at room temperature for the glaze to set.
  3. Enjoy!
