Earl Grey Mug Cake

Serves 1
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Roselle Cookie Crunch
- 4 tbsp milk or alternative milk
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ⅛ tsp kosher salt
Method:
- Add Roselle Cookie Crunch and milk to a mug and stir together.
- Stir in milk, flour, baking powder and salt, making sure to scrape the bottom of the mug.
- Cook in the microwave for 1 minute and 10 seconds, or until cake is set.
- Allow to cool for a couple of minutes before enjoying.
- Optional- drizzle Roselle Cookie Crunch glaze on top!
