Earl Grey Mug Cake

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup Roselle Cookie Crunch
  • 4 tbsp milk or alternative milk 
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ⅛ tsp kosher salt 

Method:

  1. Add Roselle Cookie Crunch and milk to a mug and stir together.
  2. Stir in milk, flour, baking powder and salt, making sure to scrape the bottom of the mug.
  3. Cook in the microwave for 1 minute and 10 seconds, or until cake is set. 
  4. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes before enjoying.
  5. Optional- drizzle Roselle Cookie Crunch glaze on top!
