Earl Grey Rice Krispie Squares

Recipe by Bruce and Stephanie at Roselle Desserts 

Makes approx. 10 squares 

Ingredients:

  • 30g unsalted butter
  • 2.5 cups marshmallows
  • ¼ cup Zing x Roselle Earl Grey Cookie Butter 
  • 3 cups Rice Krispie cereal 

Method:

  1. Slowly melt the butter and marshmallows in a pot until 90% melted. 
  2. Turn off the heat and stir in the Roselle Cookie Crunch until smooth.
  3. Stir in the Rice Krispies, mixing well.
  4. Press into a pan and allow to set.
  5. Cut into your desired shape once cool
