Earl Grey Rice Krispie Squares
Recipe by Bruce and Stephanie at Roselle Desserts
Makes approx. 10 squares
Ingredients:
- 30g unsalted butter
- 2.5 cups marshmallows
- ¼ cup Zing x Roselle Earl Grey Cookie Butter
- 3 cups Rice Krispie cereal
Method:
- Slowly melt the butter and marshmallows in a pot until 90% melted.
- Turn off the heat and stir in the Roselle Cookie Crunch until smooth.
- Stir in the Rice Krispies, mixing well.
- Press into a pan and allow to set.
- Cut into your desired shape once cool
