Ingredients:ย
- 4 tbsp tahini/sesame paste
- 100g pitted dates
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp Buzz Hot Honey
- 4 tbsp Greek yogurt
- Pinch of lemon zest (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
- Bread, to serve.ย
Method:ย
- Prep the dates by tearing them in half down the middle.ย
- Heat a pan over a medium-high heat, and add the butter.ย
- Add the dates and allow to colour, approx 2 mins. Deglaze with the water, and then add the Buzz.
- Allow to cook for 1-2 mins until the sauce thickens.ย
- Spread the tahini onto a plate, and spoon the dates on top, with all of the sauce.ย
- Spoon the yogurt on top, and then finish with the lemon zest and olive oil if using, and another drizzle of Buzz. Serve warm with bread, crackers or crostini's.
