Chili Crisp Cilbir

This Cilbir inspired recipe with Hakka-ish Chili Crisp combines creamy Greek yogurt, poached eggs, and spicy chili crisp for a bold, flavourful breakfast or brunch.

Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Hakka-ish Chili Crisp
- Sprigs of dill (optional)
- 1 tsp white vinegar
Method:

Bring a pot of water to a boil, and add the vinegar.

Using a spoon, swirl the water to create a gentle whirlpool, then carefully crack the eggs into the center. Let them poach for about 2 minutes until the whites are set but the yolk remains soft.

Spoon the yogurt onto the plate.

Place the eggs on top, spoon over the Hakka-ish, and sprinkle with the dill, or any other fresh herb. Serve with bread or toast for a perfect breakfast or brunch.
