Gajar Ka Halwa (Carrot Pudding) With Hot Honey

Serves 2-4

Cooking time: 30 minutes


  • 500g carrots
  • 500ml whole milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp Buzz Hot Honey
  • Mixed nuts, to garnish


  1. Wash and grate the carrots into a pot or pan. Add the milk and cook on a medium heat until the carrot is completely broken down, it should take around 30 minutes, but it could take longer or less time depending on the carrots. 
  2. Add the butter and half the Buzz, and stir to combine off the heat. 
  3. To serve, place in serving dishes, and drizzle the remaining Buzz over the top. Garnish with whatever nuts or seeds you like, we used pistachios, cashews and rose petals, but use whatever you have, this is mainly for texture.
