Hot Honey Labneh Toast

This Labneh Toast with Buzz Hot Honey combines creamy, tangy labneh with a drizzle of bold, spicy-sweet honey for the perfect balance of richness and heat. Served on crisp toast, it’s a quick and flavourful bite with a satisfying crunch.

Serves 1

Prep time:  5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice of sourdough (or any other bread)

  • 2 tbsp of Greek Yogurt/Labneh (ricotta or cottage cheese will also work)

  • 1 tbsp Buzz Hot Honey

  • 3-4 mint leaves

Method:

  1. Toast the sourdough.

  2. Spoon the yogurt over the toast, and then spoon the Buzz on top.

  3. Sprinkle the mint leaves over the top to garnish.
