Looking for some quick and easy green or savoy cabbage recipes, or just browsing for some healthy dinner options? We never thought we'd say this, but this is one fun cabbage, and it's deceptively delicious.
Serves 2-4
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- ½ a cabbage (we used green cabbage, but savoy cabbage would make a great sub.)
- 1 tsp cooking oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp Zing x Kozlik's Project Kari
- ½ cup of chickpeas
- Small handful of dill
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil (optional)
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 420f. Cut the cabbage into wedges, and rub the oil and salt in to evenly season. Place on a lined sheet and bake for approx 20 minutes, until the cabbage is golden brown.
- Brush the Project Kari onto the cabbage, and place back into the oven.
- Cook for a further 10 minutes, and remove.
- To serve, place on dishes, and sprinkle the chickpeas, dill, and olive oil if using.
