Looking for some fun new dip recipes, or just don’t have all the pesto ingredients in the fridge? Look no further, our take on Indian green chutney is sure to spice up any Diwali menu.
Prep time: 5 mins
- 1/2 inch piece of ginger
- 1 tbsp Mogambo Roasted Garlic Condiment
- 4 tbsp roasted pepitas
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
- Add all the ingredients to a small blender, and pulse until coarse, but no large chunks remain. Serve as a dip, or toss with any starch, vegetable etc, get creative.
