Shrimp Cocktail with Lemon Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:
- Approx 400g peeled shrimp
- 4 tbsp mayo
- 2 tbsp Mogambo Roasted Garlic Condiment
- 1 lemon
- Salt
Method:
- If using raw shrimp, start by cooking them. Bring a pot of heavily salted water to a boil, you want it to taste like the ocean. Cook the shrimp for approx 1 minute, until just cooked through. Remove, and cool in ice water. If using cooked shrimp, simply defrost them, and they’re good to go.
- For the sauce, zest half of the lemon, and mix with the mayo and Mogambo. Stir until evenly combined. Cut the lemon into wedges.
- Serve with the sauce in ramekins, and the lemon wedges on the side. We served it on ice, but you can serve it however you like.
